Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager on the Mitchell Connect Platform you will lead the development of software-products and services that are known for their robust innovative capabilities and ease of use.
In the Senior Product Manager role, you will be interfacing directly with product and delivery leads for the eight scrum teams that make up the Mitchell Connect Platform, you will provide overall program management, define high level strategic requirements for junior PMs, set priority for the program, convey release timelines, notes, goals, and approve developed functionality.
You must have the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of business leaders and technologists both internal and external; with high frequency engagement with other product managers, experience designers, tech leads and engineers, architects and customer success reps.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the platform backlog and roadmap.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Gather business requirements from a variety of sources, such as customers and account managers, prioritize these requirements as part of the overall product roadmap, and work with the development, architecture, and user experience teams to build great solutions that users and buyers will love.
- Work with junior PMs to help shape high level requirements and mentor them in building out detailed requirements.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and unmet user needs.
- Prioritize and order functionality based on business value.
- Do whatever else it takes to make your solution successful with a strong sense of accountability.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, or related field.
- Familiarity with TFS/ADO Boards is a plus
- Ability to adapt proactively to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
- Desire to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based environment.
- Confident presenting to customers and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Keen focus on developing and maintaining team culture.
- Agile software development methodology experience.
- Market research and identifying business development opportunities.
- Technical software/programming skills is a plus.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $107,089 – $150,000 annually and will be based on a number ofadditional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
