What is the primary need, technical challenge, or problem you will be responsible for?
NSX Intelligence as a product and NSX+ Intelligence as SaaS service are two elements that deliver critical value for micro-segmentation. This is a strategically significant Product Manager role. You will drive all aspects of Product Management for NSX Intelligence product line which delivers crucial visibility and analytics for micro-segmentation use cases.
Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
The key areas of product focus are:
- Leverage the NSX and NSX intelligence product footprints and evolve those to provide a “as a Service” solutions that helps leverage higher scale data analytics and security solutions.
- Utilize AI/ML based analytics to simplify how customers manage their security policies
- Build additional Network Traffic Analysis (NTA) capabilities to provide customers visibility about normal traffic flows and any anomalous and potentially malicious behaviors
- Simplification of the visibility, analytics and rule recommendation workflows in order to reduce time to value for micro-segmentation
What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
As a Product Manager, you are expected to:
- Work with customers and evaluate competitive solutions to define product strategy
- Prioritize features to drive customer value and business growth
- Work with Engineering and UX team to deliver excellence in customer experience along with the features
- Build pricing, packaging and go-to-market plans
- Work with direct and channel sales team to drive product sales to customer
Where is this role located?
Remote: This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable. You will be expected to live within 0-4 time zones of the primary location.

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $112,000 – $268,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
