The Role
Invoicing is a table-stakes feature for Amazon Business, and increasingly, any enterprise-servicing organization within Amazon. B2B Payments is looking for a Senior Product Manager- Technical to join our product team and build the invoicing experience for business customers globally, using the Amazon Working Backward product development approach, and launching products to the public domain. You will be fluent in the technical systems and services that support the product experience, and contribute towards building a long-term scalable architecture. Ideally you will have experience working with diverse and international B2B customer segments, as well as understanding of the B2B procure to pay cycle. This role requires a high level of judgment and influence, working cross functionally with technical, financial, and customer facing leaders (including Tax, Accounts Receivable, User Experience Design, software engineering, finance, marketing, risk and data science).
Key job responsibilities
– Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience
– Own delivery against high visibility, company-wide goals
– Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to support business goals
– Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting and Sales
– Create and present zero-to-one business ideas within the B2B Invoicing domain

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
