Central Ops Worldwide Benchmarking and Solutions provides strategic level targets, business insights, proposed courses of action, and targeted auditing for Global Customer Fulfillment to enable operational leadership and associated support teams to close gaps to operational performance.
As the Senior Product Manager – Technical (Sr PMT) for Central Ops, you will have the opportunity to lead multiple operations products to impact global Fulfillment customers. For example, you will own capacity management software product – an single source of truth for capacity planning and execution.
Key job responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities include:
• Setting a wholistic vision for your products and technologies in developmentor haven’t been invented yet.
• Managing relationship and reporting with leadership across central ops and our customers / stakeholders
• Driving strategy and planning for expansion and year-over-year investments across initiatives.
• Developing strong internal relationships with key internal stakeholders and drive cross-team and cross-org alignment.
• Establishing priorities across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
• Finding creative ways to unblock challenges that arise and deciding when to escalate.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Software Development, Operations, and Science teams to ensure investments and develop deliver on strategic goals.
• Reporting (monthly and quarterly business reviews, yearly strategy documents).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience with Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operation Improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
