Senior Product Manager – US

As a Senior Product Manager, expect your creative, analytical, and leadership skills to be called upon from day one. You’ll work alongside incredibly talented product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers, collaboratively building world-class products that solve our customer’s greatest challenges and transform the way that teams work. This position will report to and work closely with the Chief Product Officer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Define the roadmap and execution plan for your areas of the product.
  • Lead and deliver innovative product/operational initiatives to drive step changes in product KPIs
  • Directly influence and collaborate with Engineering managers and designers
  • You will retrieve and analyze data and insights to solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
  • Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
  • Assist in the improvement of PM processes and guiding other members of the product team

Day-to-Day You’ll Be:

  • Reviewing new ideas for discovery and de-risking projects before they’re implemented
  • Lead projects through exploration and ensure we’re not only solving the right problems but solving them the right way
  • Collaborating closely with engineering managers and designers to take projects through refinement and deliver a thoughtful and detailed specification that’s ready for implementation
  • Working closely with customers and other teams to review customer feedback and compare it with business objectives to help plan our roadmap.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve your areas of the product
  • Continuously improving how we make data-driven decisions for new opportunities as well as the success of a project
  • Defining product marketing communication objectives

Requirements
What You Should Have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products for developers and customers.
  • Experience taking products from ideation to shipping, quickly
  • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership abilities, with a proven track record of driving results across teams
  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries
  • Metrics-driven: Having an inclination for identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon metrics
  • Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey strategy and rationale for priorities, and tradeoffs at a high level. Engage with engineering and design through detailed technical specifications and/or wireframes.
  • A self-starter: High degree of self-direction and independent drive

We’d Love You to Have:

  • Ability to write SQL
  • Experience working in SaaS products
  • Experience working with Productboard or similar roadmap planning tools
  • Autonomy, strong organization skills, motivation and a solution-oriented attitude

  • This is an employment position and a non-exempt role. Annual Salary: USD $120,000 – $140,000 / year.
