As Senior Product Manager on the Holidays and Seasonal Events Product team, your charter will be to visualize and build capabilities & experiences to know our customers better, develop a relationship with them and serve their needs by building best-in-class capabilities for High Velocity Events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
We’re looking for a dynamic product manager who will develop product strategy and roadmap by compiling and analyzing customer feedback, site usage, market research, and competitive analysis. They will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to their stakeholders and leadership. They will set performance goals and measure growth, adoption, and overall performance of our products. You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

- Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

- Driving roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders, driving the end-to-end product implementation process
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to defines success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements/iterations.
- Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyzes and visualizes large amount of data into actionable insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process.
- Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.00-$200,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
