The newly developed NAS Marketing team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial marketers to join our new and exciting team.
The Marketing PM will be responsible for working across all retail categories to drive a best-in-class customer experiences, helping to drive help to drive sales, engagement, and customer growth.
In this role, they will oversee the execution and optimization of event marketing across on-site and off-site channels and will leverage performance data and testing to develop recommendations, best practices, and playbooks. The ideal candidate for this role will be customer-obsessed, has a high attention to detail, is comfortable with ambiguity, a strong leader who can develop strategy independently and see it through to execution, able to work cross-functionally with partners to drive consensus, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The team provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact in a burgeoning space and on fresh or even yet to be built services. There are few opportunities anywhere to start on a new team and make an immediate impact at this scale.
Location can be Seattle, NYC or LA. Strong L5’s also considered.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
– Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
