Summary
This position is part of the internal quality audit team of all business operations and workflows in support of the Medi-Cal account. Candidate must have good analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work independently with integrity. Good interpersonal skills for interacting with project and task team members. The ability to handle activities on multiple projects and tasks withing the same or different accounts.
Your role in our mission
- Plans, tracks, and coordinates audit support tasks, gathering data or other information requested for audits, and obtains all information necessary to present a complete and accurate audit response to clients.
- Accurately updates software tools used to manage audit responses.
- Documents meeting minutes of standing client meetings.
- Participates in special projects and process improvements in support of process improvement initiatives.
- Reviews assessment results to identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations for resolution and track effectiveness of remedies.
What we’re looking for
- Three or more years of business analyst, quality assurance, or audit experience required.
- Healthcare or insurance industry claims experience preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, Fraud Prevention or other related certifications and training preferred.
- Experience working with project management methodology preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $67,400 – 96,300 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
