Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Program Analyst with six years of experience to support our client’s mission. This role will work closely with the Program Management and Policy Division to independently lead, design, implement components of science, public health, and healthcare programs, including literature and document reviews and federal stakeholder meeting support.

Responsibilities
- Provides technical advice on approaches to accomplish project objectives and provides oversight of implementation efforts.
- Defines and implements meeting needs including agenda topics, participant list, pre- and post-work to accomplish program objectives.
- Oversees and independently executes data collection, data entry, quality control, analysis, synthesis and reporting activities in support of program.
- May mentor more junior team members and review the technical work of team members.
- Independently leads and conducts formal and informal research activities and synthesis of programmatic information.
- Provides expert advice to develop a wide range of deliverables in support of the program including reports, memos, communications, presentations, briefing decks, and training materials.
- Ensures deliverables are of high quality and adhere to guidelines for format, content, and accessibility.
- Briefs senior program leaders on approaches and responds to feedback and questions.
- Contributes to proposal writing and technical solutioning for relevant projects.
- Contributes to new processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of team’s operations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health or healthcare, biomedical science, social sciences, or program evaluation. Master’s degree preferred
- 6 years’ relevant experience
Basic Requirements
- Ability to learn and navigate web-based system such as SharePoint, Teams and other electronic business systems.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for face-to-face interactions with clients, co-workers, senior leaders and stakeholders.
Skills That Set You Apart
- Experience in federal government contracting, especially AHRQ experience
- Understanding of governance issues and organizational culture
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced experience in healthcare, quality improvement, patient safety and other expertise that aligns with program mission and purpose.
