Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic Catalyst Program Office. The Senior Program Manager will play a vital role in managing transformation projects, overseeing the successful implementation of solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Transformation Project Management:
Lead and manage a complex transformation project, driving cross-functional teams to deliver process and policy solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure all milestones are met.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, suppliers and internal teams. Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment and drive decision-making.
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Motivate team members, assign responsibilities, and ensure clear communication channels for effective collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and coordination across multiple teams, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and address potential roadblocks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project metrics, and executive summaries. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in program or project management, preferably in the networking industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing transformation projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
Location: Home Office/Remote, East Coast Preferred
Minimum Salary: $114,000.00
Maximum Salary:$174,800.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $114,000.00 and $174,800.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
