Job description: – Programmer/Developer – SAP ABAP with BRIM

SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer who has done 5+ full life cycle implementation and at least one S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with SAP development and leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have SAP Billing Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)/SOM implementation experience
- At least 3 years of SAP experience implementing SAP BRIM in one or more of the BRIM SOM, CM, or CI/FICA area.
- Thorough understanding of BRIM processes, SAP SOM related WEB UI , BOL Extensions is necessary.
- Extend the existing methods and add/create new methods.
- Technical development experiences on SAP CRM, SAP SOM (Subscription Order Management, Pricing, Rebates), and SAP FI-CA, FI-CO will be necessary
- Knowledge in S4 HANA BRIM and FICA process flow and the Enhancements process
- Analyzes business/ functional requirements and prepares development project schedule, tasks, and estimates. Leads coding and other activities as necessary.
- Performs technical design and documents technical specifications. Ensures compliance of developed solution to underlying solution architecture.
- Helps with daily collaboration efforts with project team members to identify issues and risks associated with the design, implementation, and delivery of assignments.
- Accountable for design and code reviews, and resolution of defects.
- Support the application development efforts, unit testing, create technical specifications, conduct code review, create and manage transports across SAP Systems.
- Analyze root cause and provide solutions for development issues/ bug fixes during FUT and SIT.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP ABAP consultant and 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
- At least five SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least one S/4HANA system implementation experience
- Proficient with SAP Web IDE and Eclipse IDE
- Integrate SAP S4 HANA with SAP middleware using ODATA, IDocs, remote function modules, web services or File.
- Fine tuning of SAP objects and systems utilizing SAP best practices.
- Develop HANA objects like CDS views, CE functions and SQL scripts using Eclipse.
- Application of SAP correction instructions, hot notes etc.
- Support the application development efforts, unit testing, create technical specifications, conduct code review, create and manage transports across SAP Systems.
- Develop test plans and automated scripts to assure expected performance quality levels meet standards in development efforts.
- Analyze root cause and provide solutions for production and development issues.
- To have deep, intuitive analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical development issues in a limited timeframe
- Be proactive in identification and resolution of issues that may negatively impact a project or deliverables is required
- To have combined knowledge of development techniques, application structure, understanding of business processes, personal experience, research capabilities, and interaction with other resources to identify specific problems and propose solutions
- Able to identify and discuss client expectations as relevant to own area and monitor and report on delivery of what was promised

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future.
The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $97,000- $203,000
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
