Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of complex programs and initiatives, such as assistance with project planning and deliverables
  • Lead project management activities for short-term projects
  • Facilitate productive meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Monitor performance of various activities and processes
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support the development of WellMed documentation, process descriptions, FAQs, training materials, and other deliverables
  • Review pertinent data and facts to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as business needs dictate

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of project coordination (or related) experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Proven attention to details

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CAPM, Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt
  • Experience with creating business requirements for automation: AI, RPA, etc.
  • Understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, PMI and other methodologies
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Proven operational acumen
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
