You will assist the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of construction projects and leverage your experience to improve the delivery and outcomes for projects you own.

What you’ll do
Maintain project schedule and proactively manage the project budget by owning approvals and deliveries, controlling expenses, and reviewing submittal data
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor activity and requirements onsite, including deliveries, and compliance; serve as onsite quality manager for assigned trades
- Assist in the development of the site utilization plan and oversee owner-required documentation processes
- Adapt to change and facilitate updates and improvements by coordinating change proposal requests, evaluating, and improving processes, and ensuring changes are communicated effectively
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and demonstrate your commitment to quality and to exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- Perform in accordance with all applicable company policies, state and federal laws and assist with the coordination of various quality and risk control programs

- Flexible to change, able to wear many hats as needed on an active construction site

About you
You’re a pro at communicating on the page and in person, and you’re great at building relationships. This comes in handy when interacting with senior executives, as well as when you flex your expert interpersonal and negotiating skills which have a real influence on others. Calmly managing multiple projects under time constraints is no problem for you. Your strong analytical and decision-making skills are a key part of your success, and overall, you’re highly committed to operational excellence. You’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years’ experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Residential Construction Project Management
- OSHA 30-hour Certification; issued in the past three years, and current First Aid & CPR training certificate
- Extensive computer knowledge (Windows), and working knowledge of construction and project management software
- Must be able to pass a drug screen after a conditional offer of employment is made.

Base compensation range of $90,000.00 to $125,000.00. Total compensation for this role also includes a bonus incentive in addition to the base salary. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
