Rate Range: $80 to $89/hour on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Ideally looking for someone who has had experience conducting UAR campaigns in the past, preferably with an automation tool like SailPoint, but the most important criteria is that they are able to effectively manage the quarterly campaign/review process, can help drive efficiencies in how these campaigns are conducted, and have strong facilitation/communication skills to connect with campaign participants and ensure they are prepared for success in the process, are aware of the compliance & audit requirements and can help mature the training around these processes.

Description:

Management experience. requires on-site workers to be fully vaccinated absent a legally required exemption approved by the vendor. Exceptions to the vendor vaccine requirement apply in states that have laws concerning employer vaccine mandates. Vendor must ensure that any unvaccinated workers follow applicable safety protocols when they are on-site. Specifically, for any of their workers who are not verified as fully vaccinated, it is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that at all times when performing services on-site at a U.S. location or property, those individuals, at a minimum, will wear a disposable face mask certified by ASTM International with an ASTM Level 1 or higher rating (to be changed every day). If the individuals regularly work within three feet of others, the vendor must also implement a secondary mitigation measure such as a face shield or safety glasses. Please note that workers may only remove the face mask if the worker is alone in an office with the door shut, or the worker is six feet of distance from others and actively eating or drinking. Additional safety protocols may be required, as determined in the sole discretion of Company or its affiliates. If requested, the vendor must inform of any safety protocols the vendor has implemented for any of its workers while on-site at a location or property.

The Campaign Manager, Access Reviews – Identity Security is responsible for the regular planning, execution and documentation of User Access Reviews (UARs) as a part of the GIS ARC Program. Each quarter, they will ensure that all participating systems in the ARC program are prepared for review (coordinating with ARC technology resources to ensure the necessary data is loaded), configure and launch the campaigns in scope for that quarter, plan and conduct training for reviewers, manage communications to the participants and ensure closure and documentation of the end state for each participating system. These campaigns are an input to regular compliance audits that ensure that the access to critical systems is appropriate and following a policy of least privileged and temporary, not permanent, access.

The Campaign Manager, Access Reviews – Identity Security will be responsible for:
• Owning and Managing the Campaign phase of the User Access Review (UAR) process for the GIS Access Review Certification (ARC) Program
• Planning and executing quarterly UARs for all systems participating in the ARC program
• Identifying and engaging with participating system partners across the company to ensure readiness and engagement for regular UARs
• Produce and maintain data reporting, analysis, dashboards and scorecards in support of overall Campaign health, execution and closure documentation.
• Understand and ensure that compliance requirements are satisfied in the campaign planning and execution processes
• Document and maintain ARC campaign concepts, standards and use cases in support of understanding our campaign process
• Ensure that training materials for participating reviewers are kept up to date
• Manage training sessions for reviewers during the execution of a campaign

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years in technology/security organizations with demonstrable experience in delivering projects and other initiatives
• Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience with project/campaign management & reporting.
• Project planning, execution and reporting
• Ability to articulate to stakeholders desired outcomes and responsibilities
• Strong Documentation Skills (process documentation, training materials)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Identity Governance/attestation tools, such as SailPoint
• Experience with Access Review process and procedures
• Knowledge in security or Identity related areas.

ITIL, PMP
• Minimum 2 years in an Identity Management oriented area of expertise
