Essential
We’re in search of a Senior Project Manager with experience in creative team operations. This is a senior role that is responsible for managing creative projects from conception to implementation. In this role, you’ll report to the Director, Program Management and collaborate with multidisciplinary creatives, marketers and scientists.

What You’ll Do:
- Project management: Manage a wide range of active and upcoming cross-functional projects by confidently defining scope, timelines, milestones, staffing needs, budgets, and deliverables; tracking progress; understanding dependencies and communicating status to stakeholders. Participate in the building of our PMO team by making connections to dependencies and resourcing across the project portfolio
- Staffing: Work closely with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to resource projects properly. Gauge skill levels and identify skill gaps in the team
- Communications: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create work consistent with the broader company vision and initiatives. Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions. Consistently and effectively communicate project status and progress by documenting decisions and action items, following up with owners on commitments, and ensuring expectations are clear
- Collaborate: Cultivate positive relationships within the creative team, among our internal teams, and with external partners and become a trusted thought partner to the team
- Champion the creative team: Facilitate creativity within the company by understanding your team member’s strengths and bandwidth, coordinating reviews and smooth operations. Influence an environment that encourages creative excellence by identifying and implementing ways to improve the team’s processes, tools, infrastructure and workflows.
Who You Are:
- Creative Advocate. Champion of the creative process, team and output. You find joy in being immersed in the details of creative and sharing your learnings, experience, and best practices with creative’s cross-functional partners.
- Proactive Problem Solver. You are a resourceful, innovative and, sometimes out of the box, thinker in your approach to solving problems. You have your recommended path forward but can’t help but have a back-up plan to your back-up plan.
- Clear Communicator. Excellent communicator and collaborative team player, driving exceptional project outcomes.
What You Need:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management either at an ad agency or in-house across a variety of media including print collateral, packaging, social media, advertising, and digital product. Fluency in Google Suite is a must. Production experience is preferred.
- Abilities: Strong skills in prioritization, problem solving, communication, presentation, industry-standard project management software and workflows. Build trust and positive relationships with people you work with everyday, from the creative team to cross-functional partners to c-suite executives. The ability to stay nimble and find creative solutions to keep work moving forward. An eye for excellence in creative direction, design, and writing.
- Drive Strong desire to take part in creating high-quality creative work and influence an enriching and respectful environment by bringing people together.
Compensation and Benefits:
- PAY RANGE: $91,000 – $150,000
- Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc – see our list of perks/ benefits below.
