We are looking for a senior project manager to join our Business Operations & Global Supply Chain PMO. The Global Supply Chain PMO drives operational excellence by leading and delivering upon a strategic, cross-functional supply chain portfolio of projects. We are seeking a senior business project manager that will partner closely with technology to manage highly visible, complex, cross-functional digital transformation project(s).

As a senior project manager, you will…

  • Drive complex, cross-functional projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneously, with often globally distributed teams.
  • Autonomously and appropriately apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet project and program goals.
  • Manage projects in accordance with available Starbucks established project management methodologies

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Project Management experience, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, human resources, and communications (5+ years)
  • Experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects (5+ years)
  • Experience mentoring other project managers (2+ years)
  • General business experience in large, matrixed organizations (5+ years)
  • Supply chain experience is preferred
