In this role, the Project Manager, Consumer Office Data and Analytics, is accountable for all digital activities ensuring smooth roll-out, operational readiness, and maintenance of solutions produced by the digital releases happening across the organization. The main purpose of this role will be to prevent operational risks or failed internal processes, people and systems as a result of the digital releases. Furthermore, the Digital Analytics Project Manager will work across multiple operations and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects and ongoing digital release activities, helping our operations to achieve readiness success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management, including but not limited to scope definition, budget management, risk identification, as well as leveraging Waterfall, Agile, Scrum methodologies for resource allocation and capacity management
  • Assist with strategic digital analytics initiatives crossing multiple business teams and operating groups to coordinate and complete projects spanning from websites, applications, and mobile platforms
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete, communications on project status are timely, risks and issues are identified and proactively escalated to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within scope by supporting the Digital Analytics team members to be accountable for their tasks within the project plan timeframe
  • Ability to support the team in prioritization of workload is essential, including time management of multiple cross-functional teams’ iterations simultaneously
  • Facilitate effective meetings documenting key findings and clear next steps
  • Efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and operations
  • Able to work cross-functionally within the organization based on projects needs to support the Digital Analytics team OKRs
  • Build presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • 4+ years of digital experience
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Knowledgeable about the Product/Software Development Lifecyle (PDLC, SDLC)
  • Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, CA Agile or JIRA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and multitask under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ever changing priorities
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and strong analytical skills
  • Proven self-motivated, able to work in a team, and demonstrates the ability to work independently
  • Proven passion for and commitment to a consumer and client driven culture

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
