CS Energy, a leading renewable EPC, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Project Manager Office. This position would report directly into the Director of PMO and work cross-functionally throughout the organization. The successful Project Manager would support corporate governance initiatives, the successful roll out and training of personnel, and regular mentoring and coaching of other Project Managers.
Ultimately, you will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we have the necessary tools, training, pre-planning, and resources to reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion while staying true to CSE’s guiding core principles-values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- As a member of the PMO you will support the successful development and execution of projects throughout the EPC life cycle
- Maintain PMO files and procedures; ensure all documentation is accessible to team members
- Under the direction of the Director of PMO, you will work with stake holders to evaluate existing policies and processes, where applicable update and draft new policies and processes
- Create robust document control process, reducing bottlenecks, while adhering to quality, record-retention, and hierarchal approval requirements
- Work with Talent and Development Manager to create meaningful training, tools, and guides to ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently; go to project sites to roll out these trainings and evaluate the success
- Visit project sites in support of successful start-up, critical milestones, new hire on-boarding and general collaboration
- Partner with Business Development and Pre-Construction Teams to support pre-construction planning activity and the successful hand-off of a complete post-award package (inclusive of schedule, cost, design, risk, etc.)
- Partner with Project Controls for resource and schedule planning
- Successfully understand portfolio deliverables and KPIs for projects across the organization
- Review and create regular reports in support of identifying risk and evaluating project performance
- Ad hoc projects and task as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Construction Management or related field combined with 5 years of experience or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team members accountable
- Successfully led and managed complex EPC portfolios valued at $20 million or a series of complex projects simultaneously with a similar aggregate value
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity for Project Management Office is highly desired
- Previous experience with solar and/or BESS is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to read, understand interpret and mentor on contract and insurance documents
- Proven knowledge and participation in project start-up meetings, subcontractor and vendor buyouts, owner estimates, sub/vendor requisitions and cost to completes
- Ability to travel to 30-40% to project sites nationally.
