A role you will love
As one of our Senior Security Testing Consultants, you’ll support the Global Security Testing Manager in the delivery of penetration tests, developing new and innovative attack methodologies using the latest pen testing tools.
Hands on penetration testing is core to this role, which will include web app, mobile, infrastructure and network appliances, as well as purple teaming and OSINT exercises. You will also work closely with wider information security teams to establish threat scenarios and simulate cyberattacks in internal red team exercises.
Day to day you will be accountable for the delivery of your allocated sections of the security testing program, reporting to approved standards, mentoring junior members of the team, as well as checking the scope and quality of work produced by both the team and our testing partners.
This is exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with security operations teams and wider technology stakeholders.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Working with key stakeholders such as project teams, risk, and application owners to ensure penetration tests are carried out in line with requirements.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with testing partners and internal teams.
- Being accountable for delivering pen tests on time and to a high standard
- Being accountable for the security testing process, assisting with the creation of penetration test scopes and reports and maintaining a focus on process improvement.
- Reviewing supplier penetration test results for consistency and ensure risks identified are aligned to the wider enterprise risk framework
What will you bring to the role?
You are someone who takes a highly organized approach to security testing with a keen attention to detail and excellent technical skill. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the business. You work autonomously and take the initiative to suggest improvements and address challenges.
You’ll also bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in the execution of penetration tests over a wide range of technologies.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and forecast required effort.
- Experience coordinating and managing work of more junior team members providing coaching and mentoring where needed
- Experience working with other technical specialists both internal and external
- Hold a current pen testing qualification (i.e CREST, CHECK, OCSP, GPEN or equivalent) or are willing to revalidate a recently expired one.
- Hold other wider information security qualifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CPSA, CISSP or equivalent

Compensation. These base pay ranges are specific to their location and may not be applicable to other locations.
- Greenwood Village, CO: $122,000- $145,000 USD per year, depending on experience
- Jersey City, NJ and New York City, NY: $128,000 – $ 152,000 USD per year, depending on experience
