Leidos is seeking an Senior ServiceNow Developer for a position as part of a team supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration in Washington, DC area. This is an onsite position, no full-time telework allowed. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to influence the technical direction of the platform for a large DoE customer. In this role, you will be required to utilize your breadth and depth of knowledge to act as a thought leader on the ServiceNow platform on behalf of the client. In addition, you will lead efforts for new features, capabilities, and tools integrations with ServiceNow to address key system requirements defined by the client.

The Challenge:
- Participate in full software development life-cycle (SDLC) processes
- Lead the agile development team through daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, coordinating with the product owner if challenges arise
- Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and integrations according to the project, process, and customer objectives
- Ability to re-engineer existing processes to build ServiceNow workflows in ServiceNow Incident Response, IT Service Management, ITOM and CMDB.
- Advanced UI designs and concepts
- Improving and expanding upon ITSM techniques currently in use
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
What Sets You Apart:
- Requires a BS degree and 4 to 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a masters with 2 to 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Current TS or DoE-Q security clearance.
- Prior experience serving as a scrum master, and overall Agile practices
- Scrum Master certifications
- Domain expertise in at least 3 ServiceNow products (CRM, ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, etc.); ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB are preferred
- Experience designing and configuring CMDB
- Ability to interact effectively with developers, system stakeholders, and the customer
- Experience with designing and implementing a multi-tenant ITSM solution for various customer

Pay Range: Pay Range $78,000.00 – $141,000.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
