Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team and lead the software design, architecture, and development of our hybrid and multi-cloud networking solutions. The team is responsible for advanced R&D and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the end-to-end software architecture, design, and implementation of hybrid and multi-cloud networking solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, infrastructure specialists, and security experts, to define and deliver robust and scalable networking solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them in best practices for networking architecture, software design, and development.
- Architect networking solutions that optimize performance, security, and cost-effectiveness within public cloud environments (particularly AWS) and across hybrid setups.
- Evaluate and implement on-premises to public cloud connectivity software solutions, integrating with constructs like AWS Direct Connect or equivalent technologies.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers, vendors, and partners to stay updated on the latest networking trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth technical software assessments, performance analysis, and troubleshooting of networking software solutions to identify and resolve bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the software performance, reliability, and security of our hybrid and multi-cloud networking solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong software development, design, and architecting skills
- Ability to drive software development as a team leader working closely with development managers
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or a similar role with hands-on experience in architecting and developing hybrid and multi-cloud networking software solutions.
- Strong expertise in public cloud networking, specifically within AWS environments.
- In-depth understanding of virtual private cloud (VPC) networking concepts and design principles.
- Experience with on-premises to public cloud connectivity solutions, such as AWS Direct Connect or equivalent technologies.
- Proficiency in network security, data privacy, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead software architecture and design discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Desired but not necessary – Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing technical challenges.
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Minimum Salary: $207,200.00
Maximum Salary:$297,850.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $207,200.00 and $297,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
