What you will be doing:
As a Software Test Engineer/Manager, you will be leading software test teams performing the following tasks:
- Participating in all areas of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Using analytical and problem-solving skills to test applications developed in modern programming languages and operating system environments.
- Software Testing on interesting and challenging software projects such as:

- Modeling and Simulation of Satellite, Radar, and Aircraft behaviors and advanced payloads
- Game-based Training Systems
- User interface design & implementation
- Creating and manually executing test cases in accordance with an established test strategy according to the system requirement specifications.
- Reporting system defects, retesting and tracking to closure.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 10 years of relevant manual software testing experience using Application Lifecycle Management or similar tools to include:
- Test case development
- Test case execution
- Defect management
Preferred candidates will also have the following qualifications:
- Experience working with Waterfall and/or Agile software development methodologies.
- Critical thinking and effective communications skills.
- Readiness to challenge yourself (learn and grow) intellectually as technologies advance.
