Position Description
As Senior Staff Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Coordinate and manage various types of meetings, including company updates, board meetings, and special events
- Strategize, plan, and execute diverse events with meticulous attention to detail
- Produce written materials like correspondence, presentations, and assorted documents
- Conduct thorough research, gather, and analyze data to bolster team initiatives
- Assist in organizing team schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries
- Collaborate with the Hospitality team to coordinate catering requirements
- Evaluate existing processes and drive the implementation of enhancements where appropriate
- Aid in the procurement of office supplies, staff kitchen provisions, and similar items
- Serve as a focal point for both internal and external guests, providing assistance and support
- Display proactive willingness to assist with projects and tasks as they arise
- Uphold strict discretion and confidentiality across all situations
- Undertake additional assignments and duties as necessary to bolster the team’s endeavors
Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of six years of experience in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in administrative and customer service responsibilities
- Mastery of written and verbal communication, showcasing expertise in conveying complex ideas clearly
- Outstanding aptitude for time management, ensuring efficient task prioritization and completion
- Remarkable organizational abilities tailored for a dynamic and rapidly changing work setting
- Proficiency in multitasking, adeptly handling multiple simultaneous projects with precision
- Strong collaboration prowess, employing critical thinking and problem-solving acumen
- Dedicated to process enhancement, consistently seeking opportunities to streamline operations
- Profound familiarity with computer software and applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite
- Exemplary interpersonal skills characterized by approachability, amiability, and confidence
Preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $75000 – $85000 / year for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting.
