Position Title: Sr Communications Manager

Reporting to the Studio Communications Director, EA Games, as the Senior Studio Communications Manager, you will develop and implement integrated strategies that aim to tell authentic and inspiring studio stories that resonate with potential recruits, fans, and communities, and rally teams through multiple internal communications channels.
Responsibilities
- You will tell our studios’ stories by building partnerships with our studio leadership, helping them identify their goals and elevate who they are, grounded in their culture.
- You will collaborate with studio leaders and others across the Communications, Brand and Studio teams to develop messaging and narratives that will be implemented across multiple internal and external communications channels.
- You will identify strategic press and event opportunities for our studio GMs and other spokespeople that will position them and their studios as experts in the industry.
- You will advise our studio GMs in organizational changes and reputation management strategies to ensure we create, transparent, and informative communications and consequently gain the trust of players and our employee.
- You will help build studio communications processes and best practices that can be applied across our studio organization.
- You will manage PR agencies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Communications.
- Solid writer across multiple styles of communications
- Manage projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-return work.
- Build clear goals and lead unique and thoughtful programs.
- Experience using metrics to measure the impact and determine improvements
- Leadership through influence
- Good proactive nature and able to take responsibility.
- Work in a global, collaborative environment.
- Experience with gaming.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

- $131,600 – $213,300
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
- $131,600 – $213,300
- Jersey City, NJ:
- $154,800 – $213,300
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
- $131,600 – $179,600
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
- $131,600 – $195,200
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
