Job Description
Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer with at least fifteen years of experience in requirements management for transit systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Requirements Management Plans during design development in collaboration and coordination with the Requirements Manager
- Manage the process of establishing and maintaining the baseline design requirements for design deliverables
- Lead the development of Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices for design deliverables
Candidate Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in design and/or requirements management of large-scale transit, preferably rail, projects
- Professional Engineer registered in the State of California
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in operating Requirements Management (RM)
- Tool software, specifically DOORS
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
Salary Range: $135,000 – $175,000
