We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team! As a Senior TPM, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex technical projects that drive efficiency and innovation within the Supply Chain Finance operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, accounting, trade, legal, tax, tech, to ensure a successful implementation of the program.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be leading an existing program to help build a scalable & highly impactful Procure to Pay solution.
– Drive the end-to-end program management for Supply Chain Finance technology initiatives
– Define and own roadmap, create project plan, and manage stakeholders communications
– Influence and deliver system designs and detailed technical requirements
– Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure successful integration and tech developments
– Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of supply chain finance systems
– Create a “learn by doing” environment by engaging with finance and business partners to promote and encourage continued customer focus and cost reduction
– Proactively identifies and implements process improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
– 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
– Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
– Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
