We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager for our Amazon Ads Response Prediction team to develop bespoke solutions to grow strategic classes of customer experiences. We build bespoke shopping experiences for Fashion shoppers interested in apparel, shoes, handbags, jewelry, luggage, or watches, who are looking for personalized, inspiring and fun shopping experiences. Through deep-understanding of Fashion shoppers unique shopping interest, we help shoppers discover new products, explore Fashion trends and styling ideas. We work hand-in-hand with engineers and applied scientists both within the team and across various retail partner orgs in Amazon to keep the retail experience relentlessly high. We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who loves to tackle ambiguous problems to deliver a tailored segmented shopping experience. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic vision and big-picture thinking, as well as sharp execution, technical depth, analytical rigor, and excellent communication.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, machine learning scientists and engineers to
• Develop and execute the roadmap to optimize sponsored product and whole site shopper experience for Fashion shopping.
• Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key success metrics.
• Drive intake, planning, and prioritization of feature and enhancement requests in close partnership with engineering, science, and product partners across Amazon.
• Develop cohesive designs and functional specs, prioritize and deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
• Influence and align with senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your goals, requirements, roadmap, and progress.
• Lead cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented effectively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
– 3+ years of software development experience
– 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
– Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
– Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
– Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
– Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
