This role requires 50% onsite work in West Chester, Ohio.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
The Project Management job family will conduct project management activities for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device process manufacturing, laboratory, IT, and packaging equipment projects. Managing internal and external Verista customer purchase orders for capital projects to ensure all aspects of services and capital project execution are delivered consistently and efficiently; always meeting project timeline, budget, quality, safety, standards, internal expectations, and client expectations. Verista Project Engineers/Managers are knowledgeable within their area of expertise, have excellent project management and communication skills, and possess high technical aptitude to deliver effective solutions to our customer base. These jobs are responsible for schedule management, budget control, vendor/contractor management, determining return on investment (ROI) justification, team coordination, change control, and validation.
• Assistance with and communication of project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Documentation of materials planning and budget development.
• Monitor project-related spending.
• Participate in the commissioning for installation and start-up of equipment.
• Update project status and provide updates to the team.
• Development, implementation and communication of project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage materials planning and budget development.
• Alert of potential budget over-spend.
• Organize and document project team meetings including management and accountability for action items.
• Develop specifications for vendor bids.
• Vendor interface.
• Develops and delivers major sections of large project plans or full project plans for smaller projects or facility upgrades.
• May be assigned and manage projects involving new or custom equipment not previously delivered by Verista.
• Develops and delivers multi-work stream project plans with complex dependencies and numerous vendors.
• Is responsible for major sections of large client capacity planning, budget, and resource and materials plan.
• Provides individual feedback to project team members on their contributions, quality of deliverables and overall performance on the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with WES, EAM, Support Applications (Labeling, Artwork, OEE, Continuous Process Verification, etc), MES, Plant intelligent upgrade, OSI PI.
- Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in vision inspection and automation manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to generate project engineering deliverables independently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to transition between the two.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven ability to identify areas of business expansion and report to management team for follow-up.
- Ability to lead risk assessment activities to determine project goals for Verista products.

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Salary Range: $110,200 – $165,000
