Typical Day in the Life
As a Senior Transformation Consultant , you will serve as a key catalyst for change within our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex challenges, developing and executing transformational strategies, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, assess their current state, and develop comprehensive transformation strategies.
- Change Leadership: Provide thought leadership and guidance to senior executives in navigating organizational change, including change management planning and execution.
- Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements, and lead the implementation of these initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts.
- Program / Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and address potential roadblocks and risks to successful transformation, proactively developing mitigation plans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing expertise and support for their professional development.
- Communication Leadership: Strategically convey the purpose, progress, and impact of the transformation initiatives to stakeholders, fostering understanding, buy-in, and alignment.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a CPA firm, consulting firm, or relevant professional services organization
- Extensive experience driving successful transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of the professional services industry, business models, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
Benefits and Compensation
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $200,000
