High-level Roles and Responsibilities
This role reports to the Sr. Treasury Director and will interact with other functional areas of Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Internal Audit, Legal and other corporate and business units across the company. The Senior Treasury Manager will have strong initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a team environment and on multiple assignments simultaneously. The Treasury Manager will manage a team responsible for the delivery of Treasury services and programs to internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage global cash functions, including cash positioning, reporting, short term investing, wire payments, fraud prevention, including cash investments strategy and certain debt transactions
- Supports treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs
- Manage daily liquidity, including overseeing foreign currency program.
- Recommend and support overall Treasury operations process improvement efforts.
- Execute day to day cash operations including preparer/reviewer/releaser of global cash transfers
- Recommends, executes, and settles global foreign exchange transactions and strategies
- Prepare routine and ad hoc management reports for internal and external distribution
- Assists in managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure, including bank and brokerage relationships
- Manages treasury staff in day to day performance of their job functions and developmental goals
- Coordinate and work with audit teams to respond and/or prepare various audit inquiries and requests
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day to day conduct and supervision of cash management activities
- Other adhoc projects and requests from management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Advanced Excel skills required – ability to complete pivot tables, vlookup and other advanced formulas for data analysis, advanced presentation skills
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles and procedures
- Superior analytical and quantitative acumen along with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and project management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous, multiple projects.
- Knowledge of treasury system platforms (online banking and TMS systems)
- CTP certification preferred

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$97,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$130,000 annually
