RG designers are self-motivated individuals who align with our core values and believe that they have the power to change the world, one step at a time. As a key member of the Visual design team, you will be tasked with various aspects of design projects, email design, social posts, brand marketing, etc. This is a small team, and the position requires strong problem-solving skills, independent thought leadership, and an aptitude for collaboration and open communication.
Note: Seattle Employees will report to our Bellevue, WA HQ
Salary Range: $108,000-$135,000
What you’ll do:
- Create assets that adhere to the overall visual and brand direction
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver social/brand marketing/email/microsites.
- Building a deep understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience across the design team
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams
- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
- Develop concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns
- Work on projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
- Evaluate and, if necessary, alter, the content of projects before completion
Who we’re looking for:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing communication design, particularly in web, social, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in art, design, marketing communication, or equivalent.
- A portfolio of thoughtful, polished, world-class work for notable brands with mass appeal
- Experience working on creative for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Awareness of trends in UX/UI in branding and marketing
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with brand marketing and social.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and stop motion.
- Excellent aesthetics; strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines. Familiarity with tech and start-up environments is a bonus.

- Able to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
