Now, about the opportunity: we are looking for an experienced Senior Web Optimization Manager to help accelerate growth for a SF based tech client. The Senior Web Optimization Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be a conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and personalization expert with experience in digital marketing focused on web and/or paid media channels.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and optimize the website design and content strategies to achieve business objectives, drive up conversion, and improve search rankings
  • Partner closely with the Talent Solutions demand generation, customer marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure the web experience reflects the business strategy, narrative, and revenue objectives
  • Develop and refine CRO, A/B Tests, personalization and user flow experiences to drive growth including creating and executing test plans for a/b testing and personalization, working with web development to create variants, and monitoring and reporting on results
  • Execute tactical initiatives based on analysis of performance, marketing technology, market opportunities, and best-practices/industry developments
  • Drive a variety of web production projects leveraging cross-vertical teams of dedicated internal resources: designers, developers, engineers, editors, social media marketers
  • Optimize LinkedIn Talent Solutions experience (traffic, conversion, revenue, friction, visitor engagement, time on site, and technical site performance)
  • Identify high-growth and high-revenue opportunities, take the lead on executing them, measuring them, and optimizing their performance
  • Brief and work with internal and external agencies on design and implementation projects

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Basic Requirements

  • 7+ years of web marketing or other relevant marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience building and optimizing web pages and their features collaboratively with acquisition, product management, and UX/design teams

Preferred Requirements

  • MUST HAVE: Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with hypotheses-driven A/B testing, experiment design, and basic statistical analysis
  • Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing web experiences to drive growth
  • Product go-to-market and launch experience, ideally in a high growth industry
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience partnering with marketing stakeholders across product, demand generation, and customer marketing teams
  • Competency in Web and business analytics tools and reporting (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe)
  • Ability to understand technical subjects and learn about emerging technologies
  • Thrive in a dynamic, performance driven environment where agility and innovation are prized
