Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Eliot seeks an energetic, positive, professional individual to support a Recruitment team hiring in behavioral health and social service settings. This position provides a great opportunity to represent a mission-driven non-profit organization that is committed to serving disabled and vulnerable populations in Massachusetts. In this role, you will be part of the team, creating postings, completing references, and liaising with the marketing team.

Pay Range is : $47,000 – $55,000 DOE. Site location is Hybrid: 3-4 Days in Lexington, MA and 1-2 Day remote

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and follow-up candidate paperwork to include CORI, references, and other related documentation.
  • Create job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates.
  • Source applicants through various resume databases, applicant tracking system, and social media platforms.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team with developing and executing sourcing strategies that increase quantity and quality of candidate flow, via community outreach, job fairs, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, staffing agencies, etc.
  • Responsible for checking email inbox and delegating to the appropriate person for follow-up.
  • Communicate with and update recruiters throughout stages of recruiting and hiring process.
  • Assist applicants by handling phone calls, questions, in-person visits, email inbox, and other details before and after interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide support for onboarding functions as required.
  • Support other HR related administrative tasks as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications:

  • BA with 1 year of related experience in recruitment, business, administration or alike preferred or High School Diploma/GED with at least 2-3 years of experience in the same areas.
  • Previous experience with ATS system highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills that convey engaging, courteous and professional attributes.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with candidates, recruiters and other agency personnel.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve with strong attention to detail.
  • Act as liaison to marketing department, outside contacts, vendors and applicants.
  • Strong organization skills and proficiency with computer software to include Microsoft, google and ATS applications.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
