Your role will include unparalleled technical support for an automotive dealership client, allowing them to experience the best support available within the industry.

What We Need & What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Field Services manager for current WT4 Team. Team is located primarily in Colorado with others in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and part of Texas. Ideally the candidate is local to one of the primary team locations. Provides direct supervision and oversees functional teams of CFS Field Technicians. The Manager provides communications and direction to their associates so that the associates can provide technical knowledge and support to CompuCom CLIENTS and their End Users. They oversee administrative and technical managers of multi-functional teams in a 24x7x365 virtual environment.

  • Work schedules assuring team is staffed and prepared to handle the workload and maintain SLA’s-OLA’s, monitor team’s delivery, quality, and utilization.
  • Works with associates, FOC, Account teams, Logistics, and other teams to overcome daily incident challenges and move them to resolution. Keeps management up to date on continuing challenges and issues that may impact SLA’s or Customer Satisfaction. Provides input/ideas on improvement opportunities.
  • Performance management, Monitors performance and provides continuous coaching throughout the year including involvement in goal setting, Mid-year reviews and annual year end performance reviews.
  • Duties include creating or maintaining operation policies, KPI’s, work schedules, quality assurance, cost analysis, reporting, business continuity planning, testing, and execution.

Pay rate: $68,640.00 – $117,810.00 Pending certifications, qualifications, and experience.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a technical school preferred.

-Managing field IT technicians.

-Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

-Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations, work independently with limited supervision.

-Understanding of field dispatch and IT concepts is very helpful.
