We are PWCC. We’re based in Tigard, Oregon and are the largest trading card marketplace in the world. PWCC is brokering nearly a half-billion in trading card sales annually (and you thought those baseball cards in your mom’s basement were worthless!), with the goal of expanding and becoming the name for collectibles storage, research, and liquidity. We are growing rapidly and need the right person to expand our team and help us provide the care our client base needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

PWCC’s continued growth has brought us a unique opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator. Reporting to the Program Manager, Process and Compliance, the ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities in support of the company’s Operations department including administration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow technical governance processes. They will assist with developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recent, directly applicable ServiceNow experience and an in-depth knowledge of technical implementations of the various ServiceNow modules. This is a remote position within the United States.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define, guide, and support the execution of ServiceNow policies, procedures, and standards for our technical governance processes
• Provide developmental and operational software scaling to encompass all instances of ServiceNow
• Support and assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
• Collaborate with other developers and subject matter experts to define and create, via collective knowledge, the future state of platform evolution
• Develop Service Now applications, scripts, workflows, and objects within the SN paradigm
• Assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
• Support and administer the tool for module-specific configuration, including ServiceNow Asset Management (currently operating) and additional applications or modules as assigned

o Including, but not limited to, integrating modules from ServiceNow and from other vendors, via configuration or via development in the case of non-ServiceNow vendors
• Perform system administrator tasks for ServiceNow ensuring maximum reliability and stability
• Develop process automation and related programs in ServiceNow to improve organizational efficiency, including UI and UX applications as necessary
• Create automation and workflow software to build new applications to address process improvements
• Provide coaching and mentorship on the platform to technical and non-technical personnel across the entire suite of ServiceNow modules
• Create and maintain platform documentation, including support documentation.

o Includes both modification of existing material and green field development
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of recent ServiceNow experience with diverse hands-on work experience administering in core platform support and development activities
• In-Depth Knowledge of technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, EAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing and subscription models
• Working knowledge of LDAP, Azure, and Active Directory
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processes
• Ability to clearly present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to function in and adapt appropriately to a fast-paced environment with competing demands on time and priorities
• Proactive critical thinker and problem solver who can troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
