ServiceNow Senior Developer Role and Responsibilities:
- Governance and project management
- Team Lead Experience of 5 or more team members
- Ensure project Governance and project management activities
- To have a strong client communication and relationship management skills.
Technical Skills Required :
- ITSM proficient & experience
- ITSM, ATF, Performance Analytics and can develop catalogue items using flow designer
- Review SN guidance for MID server technical specifications
- Install MID server on new Azure machine
- Collect information on cloud and On perm integrations with cloud discovery process
- Set up, write schedules and other configurations to discover Azure and On-Perm devices and other integrations (with initial focus on Claroty integration.)
- Change module configurations
- Reports and Dashboard creation & Deployment
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
