Showroom Administrator/Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer the phone.
  • Greet customers at the front desk (find out the purpose of the visit, retail or commercial)
  • Accept and process credit card payments at the counter and over the phone
  • Process over the counter sales.
  • Mail – open, stamp photocopy and distribute
  • Assist with the sales process, including work orders, job logs, COD management.
  • Pre- and post- install client follow up and communication
  • Maintain Price List Files
  • Maintain organizational processes both manual and electronic.
  • Assist with company event coordination
  • Schedule Lunch and Learns with vendors for Floors Etc. employees
  • General office duties
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES NECESSARY:

  • 2-3 years relevant office front desk experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multiline Phone
  • Microsoft Office
