Job Description:
Provide logistical prep and planning support for the Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) in the Spring semester as well as planning and executing social events for 80 scholars during the six-week period they are living on campus and attending the program in Summer A.
Duties include (but are not limited to) designing conference materials (Canvas page, daily agenda, programming logistics, etc.), managing social media, developing social calendar, facilitating social events, acting as a peer mentor, and assisting Program Coordinator with attending to wellness and social support needs.
Expected Salary:
$13/hr, commensurate with education/experience.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
experience with CANVAS
Social Media
organizational skills
database, word, excel
Organized, strong attention to detail.
Experience with graphic design.
Experience with social media management.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
