Signal Processing Engineer

    • Las Cruces, NM (1), Ft. Belvoir, VA (1), Denver, CO (1)
      • Can consider any experience level, no managers
      • Degree required in EE/CE/Physics/Math, Master’s highly preferred
    • CI Poly required, could possibly consider TS/SCI
    • SW/Algorithm development specifically focused on signal processing, Linux

Key Responsibilities
•Researches and discovers improvements to existing signal processing algorithms • Explores application of advanced analytics to signal processing, to include but not limited to machine learning • Optimizes the performance of software algorithms, applications, and platforms • Develops and documents algorithm and implementation requirements • Leverages and refines existing software in support of new applications

Education and Training
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related field. Advanced degree preferred. • US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.

Experience
5+ years’ experience with applications of signal processing • Experience with development and application of data analytics, to include machine learning or other Artificial Intelligence techniques • Experience working and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary and results-oriented research team setting

Key Skills • Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills • Exceptional signal processing and mathematical skills, including implementation of these concepts in software (C++/C, Python, Matlab, etc) • Knowledge of communication system theory and/or related signal processing techniques (i.e. filtering, sampling, modulation, demodulation, etc)

Salary Range: $130K-$215K
