Signature Experience Design Manager Job Description
Wage: $50-$60,000
Shift: Full-time exempt salaried. Must be available some weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the creative vision for all current and future public events, including the overall theme, activities, and storyline.
- Be the imagineering engine that drives Thanksgiving Point’s Events to the Best in the World standard.
- Create and execute exciting large to small events.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as event planners, graphic designers, and fabricators to bring the creative vision to life.
- Manage the budget and invoices for the creative aspects of the event.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that the creative vision meets their needs and expectations.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in event design and production.
- Inspire a team of event professionals.
- Coordinate with vendors, entertainment, security, other departments and other contractors
- Help the team with other event tasks.
- Attend all necessary meetings and events.
- Prepare reports such as Event Recaps and Expense Reports.
- Meet all deadlines, follow up on tasks, and conduct recap assessments to ensure a high level of satisfaction with clients, vendors, exhibitors, and participants.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the industry
- Preferred degree related field
- Confidence with decision-making, working independently and problem-solving
- Exceptional organizational and creative abilities
- Charismatic, high energy, and dedicated representative of a World Class Institution
- Physical requirements include: ability to lift 30lbs, climb, bend, twist, manipulate small objects
- Available some weekends, nights and holidays
- Pass a background check
