Simcenter SaaS Product Management Team Lead

Are you ready to take a leading role in this transformation?

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and experiencedleader to lead the SaaS Product Management team within the Simulation and Testsegment of Siemens Digital Industries software. Your role as the lead of the product management team is to contributeto, and execute, the Simcenter SaaS strategy working closely with keystakeholders across Siemens Digital Industries Software and our industrialpartners. You will be responsible for leading a team of product managers andproduct owners, growing them professionally and ensuring they have the supportand guidance they need to execute their tasks.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead, and grow, a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product management professionals to drive the SaaS transition of the Simcenter portfolio. You will mentor team members and work to ensure they achieve their full potential and satisfy their personal and professional goals
  • You will form strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including external and internal partners. Through close collaboration with development teams, you will communicate market problems and priorities to form evidence-based product roadmaps that create value for customers and Siemens Digital Industries Software
  • Drawing on your previous experience in the field, and by gathering customer feedback and performing competitive analysis, you will provide proactive feedback to Senior management on product strategy and how to best execute the transition to SaaS of Simcenter solutions
  • Your role will be to cultivate a robust, scalable process for the team, to execute all requirement product management activities including requirements gathering, prioritization, as well as go to market activities

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Five or more years of experience leading productmanagement teams preferably in an enterprise SaaS/CAE environment
  • A depth of knowledge of the fundamentals of productmanagement including forming product strategy, identifying target markets andpersonas, gathering requirements, and executing go to market activities
  • Skilled at communicating user needs to seniorstakeholders and acting as a persuasive advocate for those needs.
  • Highly motivated, able to show initiative andaccountability within a dynamic work environment
  • An ability to find innovative approaches to problemsolving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges

The salary rangefor this position is $116,900 to $210,400 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. Theactual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s worklocation as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
