Site Administrator II

In this role we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, independent site administrator to Provide effective administrative support for the Plant Manager, other plant management and technical employees as needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist Plant Manager with cost and procurement controls, budget preparation and review, resolution of billing, vendor management, reports, and correspondence preparation.
  • Serve as a member of the local safety committee.
  • Responsible for generating purchase orders to vendors and assisting with the expediting and delivery of orders as required as well as closing out of purchase orders.
  • Produce documents and reports as requested by operational leaders.
  • Assist supervisors in scheduling and coordination of travel arrangements.
  • Maintains, monitors, and processes invoices and purchase orders, and maintains inventory records for accounting-related documents.
  • Establish and maintain general administrative activities including timesheets, timesheet summaries, and recordkeeping activities.
  • Maintain plant accounting activities.
  • Coordinates with corporate human resources department to aid as needed.
  • Maintain routine plant operating logs and reports.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Minimum Two (2) year degree, and three 3 years of relevant experience, or
  • High School diploma, and five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions.
  • Ability to use analytical judgment to plan and perform diversified work, making decisions within prescribed limitations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and take direction from others.

Additional Information/Conditions:

  • Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be available to travel up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record (will they drive a company or personal car)
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements as well as capable of communicating effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Capacity to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy while using company-issued devices including laptop computers, calculators, and other technical equipment.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • The position consists of 60% work indoors and 40% work outdoors, outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions
  • Experience with lifting / up to 50 lbs with necessary lift assistance if needed

  • Salary Range: $38,335- $93,900 USD, annually
  • Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
  • In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
