Job Summary:
Support site administrative duties, in addition to supporting HR Director with multitude of administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position #1541 has a salary range of $70k to $85k.
- This position is a Hybrid position, working Monday to Thursday with 4/10 hr. shifts in Budd Lake, NJ.
- Must have experience working in HR and/or working under the direction of Director level or above.
- Makes travel arrangements for VP and direct reports.
- Provides administrative support on various talent and ad hoc projects.
- Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient meetings.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and take action as required.
- Prepare, register, and organize itineraries for incoming visitors.
- Support HR Director with various administrative tasks.
- Liaise with various depts. to resolve employee concerns (Leaves, Payroll & internal/external dept.).
- Create letters and maintain files of all employees’.
- Processes employee transaction information in the human resources information system (transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations).
- Administration associated with onboarding, transfers, and promotion.
- Maintain distribution lists in Microsoft Outlook for employee communications.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years administrative support experience with exposure to HR processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Prior experience utilizing HRIS system preferably Paycor.
- Prior experience with Learning Management Systems to support administrative tasks associated with Compliance Training.
- Experience with Teams.
- Concur for Travel & Expenses.
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
- Successful track record of working and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment that is results oriented and collaborative.
- Proven ability to effectively support and communicate with top executives, internally and externally.
Preferred Characteristics:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft skills including Word and PowerPoint, Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
