Enterprise Holdings has an opening for a Small Business Sales Development Representative Senior. This is a work from home position that is part of our inside sales team dedicated to Small Business. This is an exciting time for the Small Business department as the Acquisition team is the first step in our sales lifecycle.

The Small Business Sales Development Representative Senior is an inside sales role that focuses on sales acquisition whose aim is to maximize the potential of new relationships within the Small Business platform. These representatives will be responsible for working with qualified leads who are interested in setting up a Small Business Corporate Account. This position will negotiate, finalize, and implement sales commitments from new accounts resulting in committed spend amounts. Also, as a senior member of the team, this role assists with the training and development of future Sales Development Representatives as well as assisting with more complex and/or difficult account acquisitions.

The schedule for this work from home position is Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST.

This remote position offers a compensation package of $ 21.35 /hour and includes paid virtual training, full-time benefits including medical, dental & vision, 401k with a company match of up to 3%, profit sharing, paid time off, employee discounts and much more!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Small Business Acquisition Team to identify, qualify, and close new business based on the Small Business platform
  • Manage responsiveness to prospects related to lead acquisition
  • Use identified department business and operational strategies to improve lead conversion and account wins
  • Develop strategy to capitalize on opportunities to increase sales amount of each account
  • Utilize a variety of products and services including, but not limited to, membership in our loyalty program, program summaries, welcome emails, booking tools, to support the sales process
  • Continuously develop and mine a pipeline of business-to-business leads
  • Be creative in providing solutions to objections and be an independent, effective problem solver
  • Strive to continually improve the services and products of the organization; evaluate the organization’s practices to identify ways to operate more effectively and efficiently
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including agreements/contracts, pricing, and loss prevention
  • Facilitate lead nurturing to include setting up quality appointments on behalf of the field sales team for potential prospects that spend at territory sales level or higher
  • Assist with the training and development of other Sales Development Representatives
  • Step in and mentor other Small Business Sales Development Representatives with more complex and/or difficult account acquisitions

Qualifications

  • Must live in the state of Missouri
  • Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
  • Must have four years of direct sales experience
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions from any background noise including but not limited to sounds from animal/pets, TVs, radios, and children or other adults in the home
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be willing to travel to St. Louis or immediate surrounding area to complete the I-9 process, in person, if hired
  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL, satellite or wireless)
    • Minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 25 mbps
    • Use of wireless, hotspot or WiFi “air cards” are NOT ALLOWED
