What you will do:
As a Smart Home Experience Specialist Intern, you will step into a role focused on enhancing our customer interactions and processes within the realm of Virtual Smart Home installations. Your primary responsibility during this internship will be to assist in the development and growth of our Virtual Smart Home Installation program. This will involve reviewing the tools currently available and spearheading the execution of essential programs and processes to drive positive change and foster growth. You will collaborate closely with Unit Managers and Support Managers, to craft and implement remote digital engagement strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers, ultimately enhancing our Smart Home support ecosystem.
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Technology or similar program with a graduation date in or between 2024 and 2026.
- 2+ years experience in a technical support position – troubleshooting, system programming
- An understanding of field and call center metrics and how actions made by front line employees impact field results
What will set you apart:
- Operations, technical field and/or customer leadership experience preferred
- Installation and/or service experience is preferred

- 10 week paid internship beginning May 20, 2024 based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters.
- $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
