Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test simple computer programs adhering to our established procedures and industry standards.
- Identify appropriate data elements and define report formats.
- Conduct thorough unit and system testing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and performance standards.
- Develop detailed flowcharts to represent processing logic for straightforward programs.
- Compile in-depth documentation of system procedures, learning from the insights of senior developers. Contribute to the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems, bolstering your practical understanding of real-world tech issues.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, learning the art of balancing tech requirements with business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, which will not only elevate your knowledge but also drive our continuous improvement.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Fluent in the English Language (Written and Verbal)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with key programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Exposure to web development frameworks and libraries like Angular, React, Vue.js, and Django.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
- Introductory understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and tools like Jira, Jenkins, or Docker.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High attention to detail, capability to deliver quality work, and the resilience to perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience including internships
Salary Range: $56,100-$84,100
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
