The night auditor is responsible for providing genuine and authentic guest service according to RockResort brand standards. The night auditor is also responsible for all closing reports for the hotel and the email distribution of such reports. The night auditor will complete all tasks each evening on the night auditor checklist and set up for success for the following day. The night auditor is also responsible for solving all overnight guest issues to the satisfaction of the guest and to the hotel’s standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately process nightly closing reports through LMS, Infogenesis and universal desktop
- Complete Flash for hotel distribution
- Complete all parts of Night Audit checklist accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls politely and efficiently to meet and exceed all guest needs and requests
- Ensure accurate check-in and checkout processes according to RockResorts brand standard
- Creates accurate keys to guest rooms according to owner log and LMS reservations
- Complete all additional projects and tasks given by management
- Ability to sustain composure at all times and remain calm during difficult situations
- Complies with all Resort policies, procedures and standards of operation
- Accurately and timely route all communication during an emergency situation
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Work experience in a guest service facet, hotel audit preferred. Accounting experience a plus
- Microsoft Office, Property Management Systems (LMS preferred), General Computing
- Ability to communicate in English effectively in both written and verbal mediums
- Ability to speak multiple languages a plus, accounting experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
The expected pay range is $21 – $25. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
