Description

Ideally, this person will work well in a team environment, can be flexible, and is willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities. An ideal candidate would have experience in many of the skills listed below as well as solid computer science fundamentals.
Preferred Education and/or Work Experience:
- BS Computer Science
- Programming experience in a linux environment
Specific Skills:
- Base Knowledge of/Experience with micro-services deployment models
- Base Knowledge of/Experience with XML/JSON and REST
- Knowledge of databases and database applications as well as database persistence technologies – JDBC, JPA, etc.
- Base Knowledge of/Experience with distributed systems and multi-threaded applications
- Base Knowledge of/Experience in application security, system security, JWT, and Oauth
Requirements
- 0-1+ year(s) of experience using Java technology
- Proficient with OO analysis and design
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Position located in Greenwood Village, CO. Nextworld’s hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

$80,000 – $92,000
