Responsibilities
The mission of the ECRM Tech Enablement and Engineering team (Disruptioneers) is to solve tomorrow’s problems for State Farm’s overall System of Engagement (or SoE, which includes Salesforce, AWS, and on-prem solutions) and enable those solutions in our technical ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity to aid Team Disruptioneers (which consists of 3 Senior Technology Engineers, 2 Software Engineers, and 1 Technical Architect) in driving the engineering of strategic solutions that will aid in the evolution of our ECRM Case and Task data and integration strategies in 2024 and beyond. These will be new solutions that will ultimately help simplify and enhance our agent servicing experience workflows.
There will also be many opportunities to partner with my team’s Senior Technology Engineer on cutting-edge Salesforce and AWS product incubation work with the broader System of Engagement (SoE).
Qualifications
Necessary Skills:
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as a strong willingness to learn
- AWS development experience
- JavaScript or Python
- Object-Oriented Development Experience (Java, C++, Gosu, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Apex/Lightning Web Component development experience on Salesforce
- GitOps
- API design and development experience

Compensation Range: $85,500-$201,300
For California, New York, and Connecticut candidates:
Potential salary range: $85,500 – $228,750
Potential yearly inventive pay: up to 15% of base salary
