Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Services or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the following knowledge, abilities and skills;
- Minimum of five years experience in Database architecture, table design, query design, analysis, and reporting; SQL; Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, custom scripts
- Comprehensive knowledge of Expertise with the following software packages:
Adobe Form Designer
Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint
Google G Suite including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Gmail, Google Slides, Google Mail
Autocrat or mail merging functions for creating letters, reports, and memoranda
- Experience preferred with Oracle, javascript, xml, html, CSS, formcalc
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills
- Interpersonal skills necessary to work successfully in a team environment, along with all categories of employees and the public
- Ability to prioritize, monitor, balance large workloads, and to meet legal deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Technical writing skills for documentation and change management
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Pay Rate:
Administrative Support Grade P11 Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Assignment:
Full time / 12 months / 245 days
